I've been apartment-hunting lately. It's actually pretty fun. I saw the cutest, little 3-bedroom condo yesterday; gorgeous wood floors and recessed lighting. That's pretty much all I need in a home. However, it's on the third floor though...with NO ELEVATOR. It was built in 2008 - who builds a third floor nowadays with no elevator? crazy workout everyday? no need for gym! j/k. I'm turning in an app today. I hope we get it.

girrrrrrrl 3rd floor is nothing. for all my 5 years in new york I lived on a 5th floor walk up. that was two different apartments BOTH on the 5th floor. yeh it sucked but i normally take a good hefty break around the 3rd floor hahaa. actually at 2nd apartment, you had to walk DOWN when you entered the main door THEN walk UP to the 1st floor..so really i was living on the 6th floor -______-
that vest is super cute!! i saw it too and thought it was adorable but the crop-ness on me didnt suit me. i bet its super cute on you :D
So thats how they get so dark and mysterious! Self-tanner before shows! haha
The apartment sounds wonderful and 3rd floor doesn't sound too bad :) Hope you get it!
hahaha i have such bad insomnia too now that i drink loads of green tea cuz i'm trying to get rid of my flu! last night i went to sleep at 4am and woke up at 1pm! good thing i'm still sick or i'd be super late to work!! never lived in a walkup, but i do have no car, so i walk everywhere else... the only thing i would worry about is carrying groceries. :)
haha. I do random things when I can't sleep either. Great vest.

Third floor apartment with no lift? I guess once you've moved in and the pain of moving your furniture in, it'll be fine. It'll just make you feel super lazy when you return from a night out or have lots of shopping!

Haha oh man 3 floors up and down everyday? I wouldn't really mind that actually if the place was perfect =) It's a great way to get more exercise.
