12/13/09 - I woke at up 5pm -___-. I had work at 6pm. hahahah... came home at like 1:40am to a batch of cookies that my neighbor baked for us! on a holiday themed plate and everything! how nice :)

I'm not even sleepy.. blog blog blog. It's 5am. I always miss home (Guam). There's news about a huge military expansion on island that's going to take place within the next 5 years. It kind of makes me sad in a way. I hope things work out for the best. I miss Seattle too.. I need a haircut. I'm getting a bunch of tangles and split ends and shiz. I sound really A.D.D.

I just took my (hopefully LAST) final exam online a few hours ago. I don't think I did too well.. so much stress these past few days. My contacts broke and I have to wait a while for new ones to come in, so I'm like... kind of but not really blind. I'm a -2.00 in both eyes, which is REEEEALLY miniscule compared to a lot of people. but for me, clear vision is like my... security blanket.

Nicole Fox, winner of America's Next Top Model cycle 13. She's so beautiful.. her ethereal red hair and green eyes are a perfect pair. I think she's my favorite ANTM contestant.. she was so mellow and real on the show. On the finale, while she was talking to Tyra and she said something that really hit me ...

That's exactly how I feel sometimes...a lot of the times. haha.. k. I'm off to a friend's house for Thanksgiving dinner. He felt so sad for us kids whose parents are on Guam. Happy Thanksgiving!!!

I woke up at 3:30-ish in the afternoon today. or yesterday rather. with a MASSIVE headache..I had a nightmare. man of dreams rejected me. sighs. Anyway by the time I was done showering and stuff, the sun was setting. how depressing.

We ate at this place called curry world the other day... the spaghetti I ordered was tasty, but there's something about their food that turns me off. like I'm eating plastic. idk. My stomach got really bothered after eating there. Their interior is really nice though. After dinner we went next door to this yogurt / waffle place called Hue Cafe. Their interior was really sweet too.

I'm still coughing. went to the school clinic and all they did was give me cough medicine and antibiotics. It's getting slightly better I guess...but how can I tell if this cough medicine is suppressing my cough!?!? AHHH there is a cricket crawling on the wall.... I thought it was a spider.

Did anybody get to see the meteor shower? I forgot -___-. I love space. My desktop is a galaxy (no joke!). I'm really drawn to this shirt from the Zara lookbook NOV 2009. I'm loving all the neutral colours they used in their entire lookbook.. but I really love space. so purty.

I skipped my 5PM class on Monday...couldn't make it. I had to go to DMV to renew my license and by the time I got home, it was already past 5. I waited about 1.5 hours, took my picture - which I 'm sure will be really awkward looking - and left. I have TWO more Monday lectures left, and hopefully I will be done with college forever!!! A paper, online discussion participation, a quiz, and an exam will be due within the next few weeks for this class.



I really want to go back to Guam. but I can't quit my measly little minimum wage job now, I just started. I like it too. but I feel like I can't breathe out here, like I'm TRAPPED... which is weird because the U.S. is ginormous and Guam is a little tiny island in the middle of nowhere. sighs.... whatevs. on a superficial note, I bought black leather boots last month. and went to Vegas with friends to visit another friend. ate some damn good cheesecake at a cheap buffet. YUPYUP!

I really really love her face; I dunno. I love how her eyelids almost overlap her eyes, but not really; her perfect nose; her tiny lips; and OMG HER EYEBROWS <3. She was born on August 2, 1992, which makes her what.... 17??! a fetus.

I went to the beach today. It was overcast and ugly. My friends went in the water... which is pretty much suicide here in the U.S, especially during fall. I miss Guam's warm ocean water :(. Anyway, after beach, I went to work from 6 till 1:30am. I've worked everyday this week. I have work again in 6 hours! whatever. get money, get paid!

I've been apartment-hunting lately. It's actually pretty fun. I saw the cutest, little 3-bedroom condo yesterday; gorgeous wood floors and recessed lighting. That's pretty much all I need in a home. However, it's on the third floor though...with NO ELEVATOR. It was built in 2008 - who builds a third floor nowadays with no elevator? crazy workout everyday? no need for gym! j/k. I'm turning in an app today. I hope we get it.

Fo Porter. so gorgeous. She was America's Next Top Model cycle 12. She was so effing adorable on the show. Fo and Allison (the runner-up) just got signed to Nous Model Management and there's a video of her being offered a contract by the owner...and you can tell that she is just so genuinely humble. The modeling industry ... the world needs more people like her. I hope she does well.

Right now, I am watching Conan's first Tonight Show. He is my favorite ♥ ♥ ♥

I forget that the three-day weekend only applies to the U.S. I'm so sorry! It's Presidents Day, I think. I bought a papasan chair cushion at Ross for $30. (what a bargain. Ok, I have an 8-page paper due in a day and I am looking at shoes. Thank you internets. $85 at yesstyle.com. I wish I had that kind of money. Oh yes, remember my laptop I was talking about? It got soo loud today that a couple of my classmates (in a 30-student class) actually turned around, looked at my laptop and smiled at me. ahaha. embarassing T_T. hm, ASOS just sent me an style update email :). They're already promoting bikinis and things. The weather here confuses me. It was like 39°F yesterday! for me, that was the coldest that San Diego has been since I've lived here.
