I just took my (hopefully LAST) final exam online a few hours ago. I don't think I did too well.. so much stress these past few days. My contacts broke and I have to wait a while for new ones to come in, so I'm like... kind of but not really blind. I'm a -2.00 in both eyes, which is REEEEALLY miniscule compared to a lot of people. but for me, clear vision is like my... security blanket.

Nicole Fox, winner of America's Next Top Model cycle 13. She's so beautiful.. her ethereal red hair and green eyes are a perfect pair. I think she's my favorite ANTM contestant.. she was so mellow and real on the show. On the finale, while she was talking to Tyra and she said something that really hit me ...

That's exactly how I feel sometimes...a lot of the times. haha.. k. I'm off to a friend's house for Thanksgiving dinner. He felt so sad for us kids whose parents are on Guam. Happy Thanksgiving!!!

I'm still coughing. went to the school clinic and all they did was give me cough medicine and antibiotics. It's getting slightly better I guess...but how can I tell if this cough medicine is suppressing my cough!?!? AHHH there is a cricket crawling on the wall.... I thought it was a spider.

Did anybody get to see the meteor shower? I forgot -___-. I love space. My desktop is a galaxy (no joke!). I'm really drawn to this shirt from the Zara lookbook NOV 2009. I'm loving all the neutral colours they used in their entire lookbook.. but I really love space. so purty.

I skipped my 5PM class on Monday...couldn't make it. I had to go to DMV to renew my license and by the time I got home, it was already past 5. I waited about 1.5 hours, took my picture - which I 'm sure will be really awkward looking - and left. I have TWO more Monday lectures left, and hopefully I will be done with college forever!!! A paper, online discussion participation, a quiz, and an exam will be due within the next few weeks for this class.



I really want to go back to Guam. but I can't quit my measly little minimum wage job now, I just started. I like it too. but I feel like I can't breathe out here, like I'm TRAPPED... which is weird because the U.S. is ginormous and Guam is a little tiny island in the middle of nowhere. sighs.... whatevs. on a superficial note, I bought black leather boots last month. and went to Vegas with friends to visit another friend. ate some damn good cheesecake at a cheap buffet. YUPYUP!

I went to an annual festival over the weekend called PIFA. It's when Pacific Islanders gather in San Diego to celebrate in music, dance, food, and culture. It's like the same thing every year, but I love it... I ate a huge box of Guam food<3

My summer is officially over. I had my first class yesterday. I took classes with this prof. like 4 or 5 times in a row. It's boresville, but I prefer familiarity so it's okay.

The wedding in Seattle was beautiful. I love Seattle... it's so refreshing. I miss it. It's kind of like SF but cleaner. I seem to like cold cities and warm islands - how ...weird. The people that I encountered/observed were incredibly nice. The bicyclist guy riding his bike gave me a smile as he rode by. even the security at the airport was super cool. future potential living place. UGHHHH CALIFORNIA.

Ivar's. The calamari literally tasted like homeless man. The hummus was good...but the server guy took my plate away before I could finish...arghh! They do, however, have a delicious 75 cent cup of clam chowder. It's the same price at their airport - what a deal.

I don't know if I want to continue blogging anymore. I have noo motivation. lack of feedback is kind of sad, even though I know I shouldn't really care about stupid things like that. but gash, I'm like extremely boring duh. What can I do? Goodnight y'alls.

We went to IKEA like 3 or 4 times this summer. Sooo fun there, especially riding those cart things with suuuuper smooth wheels that they provide when you enter the warehouse portion :D. ermm, I just finished session 1 of summer school, now attending session 2. I'm supposed to take two classes this session and be done with undergraduate school forever, but I might have to stay another quarter at school. I don't think I can handle two accelerated summer classes right now. I'm so exhausted everyday. And since I moved further away from school, I have to wake up extra early :(. I'm seeing a counselor tomorrow to see what I can do.

more pics from San Francisco, we did the most touristy things on Saturday. I went to Ghirardelli Square for the first time. It was super chaotic in there... and exotic. I don't know if that's the right word, but so many European accented employeeees. HELLO :D




^^^^ This shining man was outside - I guess he caught me taking his picture and stared straight into my camera. nightmares forever. We also went to the most crookedest road / Coit tower / and past the GG Bridge to north bay territory. It's sooo country on the other side. Afterwards, we ate some delicious Thai food at Marnee Thai and headed to SF Museum of Fine Arts which was sooo super prettiful at night!

TODAY! I had a summer class to go to from 2-5. It's a comm class about TV :). The weather has been kind of weird. It's like gloomy over where I live/school and sunny everywhere else.

made some lo mein for myself for dinner. pretty dang tasty. so easy to make: a little green onion, spam, ginger, oyster sauce and egg noodles. boil noodles, drain, then fry other ingredients in oil, add drained noodles, add oyster sauce and MIX! hmm... I'm in the process of finding another place to live, our lease ends on July 31. I still haven't really decided if I want to stay in SD or go somewhere else. I like moving, I just wish I knew where to go. I'm curious, do people actually read written blog content? lol.

Thanks everyone for wishing me luck :). My last exam was a timed online one which I decided to take at 4am on a Friday morning (it was due before 11:55pm on Friday). and um, I did HORRIBLE - so it brought my grade down from an A to a B. arrrggh. Hopefully I don't get any Cs. I'm so glad the main school year is over. Now, I have two weeks of break before I start summer school. Ok, anyway - I've been tagged! by tis serendipity :). It took me a while to think of things -__-... but I hope you enjoy.

01. I discovered this new world of blogging (fashion-related and not) some time around fall of last year. There are sooo many nice, cool, interesting and creative young people out there. Gives me reading/viewing material to look forward to everyday :).

02. I am slightly OCD w/ alignment - especially of layouts and arrangements of things.

03. I love the internet!

04. I hate group work - school-wise , it's just pointless most of the time.

05. Sometimes, my own voice annoys me. I wish I had somebody else's pipes.

06. I look absolutely hideous trying to walk in heels. I feel dumbed down a notch when I wear them. I admire people who can walk in them and I wish I to master them one day.

07. I prefer shopping by myself :)

08. I like loud people, but I'm kind of shy. I can also be really awkward around certain people and completely normal around others. I don't know why :(

09. I should be done with college in about 3 months. I think about the future every single day. and I have no idea what to do. I really want to return to my little island of Guam and hide under a rock. The crazy anxiety I get just thinking about job interviews and stuff makes me pessimistic of ever having a real future, anywhere.

10. I try to avoid it but I always find myself going to sleep when the sun comes up. It is now 6:20 am on a Monday morning. going to bed now. have a nice day :)

Fo Porter. so gorgeous. She was America's Next Top Model cycle 12. She was so effing adorable on the show. Fo and Allison (the runner-up) just got signed to Nous Model Management and there's a video of her being offered a contract by the owner...and you can tell that she is just so genuinely humble. The modeling industry ... the world needs more people like her. I hope she does well.

Right now, I am watching Conan's first Tonight Show. He is my favorite ♥ ♥ ♥

Next week is finals. and I have crapload to do :(. wish me luck!

We went there yesterday for my friend's birthday dinner. We waited 30+ minutes for a seat. I don't get why their restaurant is so infinitely busy. I mean the cheesecake is delicious, but the food is nothing special...and expensive. maybe I'm getting the wrong things D: (I got the salmon and shrimp scampi combo - $20)

went to the BAY AREA over the weekend (again). I never ever travel this often, but my group of friends from middle school were having a little reunion and I didn't wanna be the only one missing out. I got a good deal on the tickets too! I don't know what else to say, except even San Francisco (a usually cold place) was HAAAAWT. and I loved it ♥
